The Royal penthouse is dedicated to New York typewriters and to the science fiction writer Ray Bradbury, who used this brand to write some of his most famous masterpieces including, for example, Fahrenheit 451, a dystopian eulogy to reading.

You will find a small selection of his books in different languages ​​and a Royal typewriter from the 1920s.

The penthouse, measuring around 120 sq m, consists of a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, large kitchen (with electric oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer), small laundry room with washing machine, large and bright living room with glass wall overlooking a beautiful terrace of a further 36 sq m overlooking the Porto Grande. You can relax reading a good book on the sofa, sunbathe on the armchairs or dine while enjoying one of the colorful sunsets over the sea.
